Managing Director, Adecco Institute

Donna joined the Adecco Institute as Managing Director in January 2008.

She brings a unique blend of international, technical and management experience in both the public and private sectors. She joined the Institute from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, where she held various positions in the Department of Workforce Development and the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, including Chief of Staff and Chief Information Officer.

Previously, Donna had run an entrepreneurial start-up that provided strategic technical advice to telecommunications and financial firms. Donna spent the bulk of her career in senior management and senior technical positions at 3Com and ITT Corp. She has lived and worked in The Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Japan and Singapore, as well as numerous locations in the United States.

Donna holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA in International Strategic Management from the Boston College Carroll School of Management
